Need help removing some interior panels

I've been restoring my interior, as well as changing most of it, from red to black. But I can't figure out how to get a couple of the panels and trim out. I removed the rear most panels, and the door panels, easy. But the ones right behind the door, next to the storate bins, how do they come out? There are no screws. Is it also connected to the headliner? I need to get this out and change part of it to black. I'm keeping some of it red, to have a nice scheme going. Here's a pic of a door panel.

The dash lower is also staying red, and I'm replacing the upper with a new black dash. So the only thing that will be red is the piece under each side of the dash that is near your legs.

Any help getting these other panels out? It's going to be a big part of how this looks inside, that and the trim around the doors.

I have mine out, looking at one right now. It's just held in there with clips and mabye a screw at the bottom. Looking at the marks on it, you need to take the storage bins out to get the panel out.
