Need help on part # for 85 oem carb

Is there anyone out there that can please tell me what is the OEM carb part # for a 85 gsl. I'm in the process of rebuilding the carb, and the part stores said, that in order to get the correct rebuild kit/ jet kit that I need the carb #. I thought he could just use the year. Well anyways can anyone help.

I never had them ask me that, I told then 85 12A and bam there it was $30 later...

Might try www.mazdaformance.com They got a big technical directlry of every year RX-7 on their site

It says Part #6 on page 3 of 78 for an 85

1359A,1360A dunno what that means, but anything you want will be in this scan

damn, every nikki should be the same rebuild kit, for that year. I am pretty sure. anyway, mazdatrix's part number should be the mazda part number if that helps.

it shows a 79-80, a 81-82, and a 83 as well as 84-85. do not know if that helps.

Hey thanks to all that replied. I'm going to call mazdatrix today and see if they will sell me the jets alone. I already have new seals on the carb, just need to re-jet it. It won't keep a idle. It keeps shutting off. Probaly due to the jets. We will see. Thanks

British victoria is very good. It only cost me thrity dollars for two day shipping and the whole kit, with the most important jets. Thanks.
