Need help identifying wheels and finding spacers

I got these wheels from a friend of mine a few years ago, and just recently realized why they've always been such a pain in the *** to mount every time I take them off.

Turns out that they originally came with a plastic insert that sat inside the 75mm diameter hole in the wheel and helped it fit snugly on the 60mm hub on the car. Only one of the wheels still had this plastic spacer insert, and I'm trying to figure out 1. What wheels are these exactly and where did they come from, and 2. Can I find appropriate inserts to centre these properly on the hubs?

You need hub Centric rings like theses. I found these based on the measurements you gave.

Ooh, those are nice metal ones.

Based on that item though I was able to find the type of ring that they came with here:

In case the link is dead for folks who come here in the future, the item was "

WHEEL CONNECT Hub Centric Rings, Set of 4, ABS Plastic Hubrings

I am running similar ABS hub centric rings on my car, they work well. Usually they stay stuck to the hub so you don't have to worry about losing them easily.
