need help with a good question!

I noticed that the throttle stop screw was broken (underneath the TB). My question is, when the thermo wax rod is fully extended, what is the primary throttle valve- to -throttle chamber clearance? For ex.:

When the car is cold, with the matching marks aligned, the primary throttle valve -to - throttle chamber clearance on the '85 13B is 0.016 - 0.020. So if the thermo wax rod was removed, the throttle stop screw would then have to set the primary throttle valve-to-throttle chamber clearance... correct?

Any answers would be greatly appreciated!I have gotten some very useful info for past questions... hoping to get a good response to this one! Thanks!
