Need help with electrical terminology / adding connections

Trying to figure out how to google this to begin with...

I am trying to add a new connection to the fuse box for an AFR gauge and aftermarket electric choke, without cutting into a power to something else. Both needs to be a 12V keyed power source, and I assume a 15A fuse would do the trick.

Anyone can please help me with the terminology or a thread of someone doing this?

Decided to use the wiring for the AC compressor as a 12V source, couldn't find any info via google or the search on how many volts the AC compressor has. It seems to be a keyed power source from what I can figure, but the choke does got very hot. Not as hot as the engine, but as hot as the aftermarket fuel pump.
