13b will be the easiest way to 200hp w/o turbo, but a 200 hp N/A rotary isnt very quiet either. Do you have the whole 6 port setup including wiring, manifolds, electronics and computer? or is it just the bare block?

^^^^agree with sgt...13b is the way to 200hp, but a full bridge 12a will get you there too...prob will be real boring under 6k, but the idle will attract attention and 7 to 10k will be insane,,,its all about how you wanna spend your money. Goopy can help you either way...look fwd to this showing up at a local meet or two...

Why those specific HP goals and what is your budget?

If I may speak from experience, once you get the HP bug you will want more. 13B has turbo options. Depending on your budget, turbo may be the way to go.

If you want 350-400 horses, chek out my build. However, I will warn you that a lot of money gets involved in the turbo dark side.

Also, did I mention that turbos are relatively quiet?
