My TII project has begun

Just rebuilt my TII engine going in my RHD SA. The engine is a TII with a -REW UIM. Look kinda cool I think.. I ahve almost all the parts needed except the turbo.. still undecided on it. I got the turbo manifold from Australia from a guy that dynoed 385 RWHP. It's a divided T04 manifold.. Let me know what u think..

i think it looks great! any porting?

i think you could have probably done better with an exhaust manifold, but that's not to say that you didn't do good. all in all, i like it.

keep coming with the updates ....

Looks good. I think that the WG location should be interesting to see. So often you see then in the rear of the manifold. Better get a nice pretty one. I think that tial makes some good looking ones...

I have a new Tial 40 mm gate.. just have to send out my water pump housing to get powdercoated.. Once I get it back will install and modify the gate flange for the 40mm.. Gonna get the manifold ceramic coated after it's all done..

Engine has a medium SP. Didn't want to go to big.. The SA is really light to begin with.. 400 RWHP will move this thing like crazy already.

I purchaced the manifold from Australia. The car is a RHD so the steering box is in the way. Can't use any manifold in the USA. Would have to get one custom made.. Custom manifolds are over 600.00 for a good one..I got this 250 shipped..

well, just in case i came off offensive with my comment, let me assure you i really didn't mean anything by it. i guess from a cost (and function) standpoint you made out like a bandit. sometimes i think i like to skate uphill with things and when i made the comment, i was referring to building a custom one. however, i meant what i said when i said i like your setup.

I would like a nice bling bling one but for the added cost I could buy a few nicer things.. Once it's ceramic coated I think i will be good..
