my project

well i've decided after thinking about it for a long time that i'm going to do a turbo project on my 88 N/A block thats in my car right now. i'll later replace the block with a nice ported 4 port block later. i need a little help in th turbo set up. the plan is to keep it fuel injected and use a megasquit ecu to control it. it won't boost more than 4 psi, i'm araid i'll blow a seal. heres what i have. becides whats listed in my signture.
for the project....
90 JDM turboII upper and lower intake manifolds
TurboII exhaust manifold
inner coolers off my friends 300zx. i have both stocks ones.

injectors i have
2 gsl-se (680 cc i think)
2 secondarys from a 88 na rx7(280s?)
4 240s

couple questions i have.
what kind of turbo should i use? i was thinking a stock TII would be nice
how much PSI can i push before the motor blows?
what combo of injectors should i use?
should i try to mate the lower 88 N/A intake with the upper TII intake, or should i just bore the holes in the lower TII intake or should i just blot the TII manifold on and not worry about 5th and 6th ports?
has anyone done a turbo rx7 with a megasquirt ecu?

thanks for the help guys.

I
I have an extra TII manifold and turbo if you want it.

As far as running a Turbo on a N/A block, I've done it.

I ran stock TurboII pressures, it worked fine and I never blew a seal. I only drove the car for a short period of time but it ran great.

At such a low boost I would suggest stock primary(550) and GSLE-SE secondarys (680).

As far as boring holes, my TII lower intake already has holes for injectrors. (I also have a extra stock TII intake and Fuel rail if you need it)

Look foward to reading about your project!

hey thakns man
i few more questions. when i was asking about the lower intake manifold, i ment to ask if i should bore the lower intake manifold to match the 5th and 6th ports on the 88 n/a block or should i leave it alone? also what did you use for wastegate, bov and how did u run the oil line?

and you can use the stock turbo but i dont think you cant keep the boost that low, i would recomend the 550cc turbo II injectors as primary and 680 of a gslse as secondary and mine ran 11psi witout a problems so if yuou get like 7 psi is good
