It's exactly what I wanted.

1980
manual windows
no sunroof (more room, less leaks and in FL we need A/C)
A/C blows cold
Runs good
probably 123k, but I don't care. The drivetrain is coming out soon. :-)

LOL

I know it's wrong in everyway, it's my car, so what the hell.

LT350 -yet to be built...alum heads, intake, water pump, radiator etc. to try and ease the weight.
T56 Tranny probably a M29, rather aM28 for gears, but have to see if they beef it up to hold 400 lbs of torque.
Granny's rear end with 3.27 gears

finding some 84-85 spindles is my top priority right now........long way to go.

Congrauts! Looks like you have a nice solid platform to work with. Maybe the engine or other parts off her will help keep other cars on the road.

I'll keep an eye out for that lt1 / t56 combo build-thread. It will be a rocket!

Have the later FB spindles here- would like the opportunity to trade for/buy stock bits coming off the car...

Cold A/C? That sounds so great right now. I'm sending this from my phone as I sit in my car, outside in the scorching sun. Hah. You don't know how lucky you have it.

Looks like an awesome car man. First step: get rid of those damn white walls! Haha just kidding, you can do more important stuff first. But seriously get rid of them.
