My New FB Project With Pics along the way.
Well, after Dave on the forum bailed me out with my FD and worked on her while I was deployed, Im back and I got my hands on an FB, its an 84 and I traded it for an M4 rifle.
The car was sitting for a year, not to shabby. It ran at one point and belonged to a guy who used it as a commuter.
pulled the exhaust and headers and discovered it had an after market holly carb, RB intake manifold, RB headers and exhaust.
So far I just removed everything and cleaned her up a little.
Bought a Sterling Nikki Carb, Fuel Pump, Air Pressure Guage, and Fuel Pressure regulator and a new radiator.
Just removed the A/C and the project shall begin.

Fuel Tank Drained..... Color was good, so Im thinking no rust, pretty much rust free, little here and there.
Installed the mount for the Carter Pump no issues, mounted to the undercarriage and test fitted the pump, my only question is the fuel fittings that are in the inlet and outlet, how deep do they seat, seem only to seat about half way down the threads (Last Pic)
Where is everyone putting there filter, I know its before the pump after the tank, but where are you mounting it?
Thanks,
