My new FB project/dd
Picked this up about a week ago. It's a 85 GSL with full SE suspension. 13B original motor with only 40k miles on it. Chassis has 119k on it. Right now stock port on the motor, going street port or 74' spec port soon. MSD blaster coils, Weber 48DCOE fully tuned by RotaryShack, RB headers, RB Y-Pipe presilencer, Turbo-flow Race muffler. Lot's more to come.. more to list. I will try to get more pictures up in day time.

Clean and good looking 7, but I'm confused. The only stock 13B in a 1st gen came in the GSL-SE, 84-85, and all of them were FI. So what was really changed,? Was the FI swapped for a carb setup, the easiest, or was it a 12A GSL that had a carb 13B and the SE suspension swapped in? Either way, how do you plan on getting it passed the CARB restrictions to tag it?
Since it has no sunroof, it's neither a GSL-SE or a GSL, both of which came stock with sunroofs. The S model came with no sunroof, so that's most likely what the car started out as. If it doesn't have a power hatch release, power fuel door release or power mirrors, then it's an S model for sure. Some S models had power mirrors and fuel door, and a power hatch. As with all 7s, any of these options could have been added at a later date My widebody started out as an S and has everything except power windows, which I may add, but the sunroof is aftermarket.

ah looks good. He should be fine without a filter for awhile, I have a sidedraft mikuni with no filter on it and my buddy before me had it on for 3 years racing with no air filter. I plan to get one though just to make sure.
