It surprises me that nobody even mentioned that this guy plans on using parts that absolutely won't work together. A RB intake manifold and Holley 650 carb, with a 7" Camden supercharger, which happens to come with an intake manifold. Hmm, how could this work together? It can't. Getting the RB intake mani is a waste of money, just like the whole idea of "electric superchargers".

Do some REAL research and read what others have to say about e-superchargers. They are a complete waste of money and time. Just come back when you've realized this. I'm not one to put someones ideas down, but this is outrageous. Sounds more like someone talking out of his/her *** trying to make fun of RX-7.

All he did was to get a book and look at pictures. Do you think he even called Atkins to see if this would work? You will not be able to boost past the item you are putting in line that has the highest boost. The SC will be your biggest boost at mybe 7PSI, so the little POS 1psi fan will do not thing to help. I.E., two 1 psi fans in line will not produce 2 psi, pushing 1 psi into another fan at the same speed will yield the same pressure.

His set up sounds like and arguement I had with my 1st grade teacher. She said 1+1=2, I was adamant that it was 11 instead.

You either trust the advice and experience of those who know, or you find out your logic is in error the hard/expensive way.

Wow, most ofyou guys responding are ******* ********, instead of making him feel like a dumbass for asking a QUESTION.... just answer him w/o the **** talk.

The E-Charger doesnt do anything, a buddy and I got one for his Honda CR-X to compar it to a leaf blower, video is on the net somewhere he may still have it on the pc but i dunno ill see. Anyway we dynoed the cr-x with and w/o the e-charger and it didnt do anything, the leafblower on the other hand helped everywhere.

Just go with the Supercharger, that will be enuff boost for our 24yrd motor. Any questions PM me.

I agree.
The Camden isnt perfect,no forced induction system is.But its proven, and youll have others who have done the mod,to glean knowledge from.As stated before, its good for moderate power with no lag and a cool sound.

Even if you want to experiment with it......please dont waste your time and give money to the crooks that sell that crap. They dont work and will never work. You cant get free HP,theres a reason why you dont see them on production cars, whereas countless factory vehicles have turbo and superchargers.Twin charging is a proven, albeit complicated way to make power. But its done with turbos and mechanical superchargers, not with electric bilge pumps, cobbed together starter motors or leaf blowers.

If you want to supplement the power of the Camden, then consider nitrous oxide. It IS a form of supercharging, although its chemical, rather than mechanical. You can use it only when wanted/needed,its proven to work and its reliable.Nitrous can be used on any type of setup,N/A or forced induction and when done correctly and used responsibley,is not any more destructive than the others. In fact,it would be beneficial when used with a supercharger because it will provide active intercooling of the intake charge that would otherwise be impossible with the Camden system....
