Is my engine blown?

Hi, i just bought a 83 rx7. Ive been trying to get her running and ran into a few problems. Firstly, when i tried to do a home compression test(the one where u remove a spark plug), i didnt get the results they said i should. on the front rotor a hear a psssh about every 2 or 3 turns(nothing inbetween), on the back rotor i heard nothing. My car starts up pretty easy actually, however i gotta keep giving her gas to keep it from stalling, and the rpms are reading zero. if i give her more gas she just kinda studders then stalls while the rpms stay the same. Any help is greaty appreashiated (sp), i just wanna make sure her engine isnt blown before i start sinking money into it.

Does Your Tach Wiggle When You Are Trying To Start It? If Not You Are Not Getting Spark.

Recommend ATF treatment for apex seals. Check connection at trailing ignitior, replace ignitor if connections are good.
