my doors are klunking????

You know how when you first open the door and it reaches a spot almost half way out and can sit there in place. That is where it is klunking, it makes a little harder to close the door to. It just started doing it a week ago, no body panels are hitting(it feels like it though) and my only guess could be to grease up the hinges and stuff.......any ideas thanks God Bless ps: are you guys as anxious as me to see the new hoods from inattib(i think that's who it was) : )

If you look at the hinge you'll see that a bearing rides a guide that provides the detent so the door stops and stays at the half open and full open points. That bearing may be shot and just flapping around.

That's what is going on with mine...
