Wow - the odds of that Pontiac making it that far were 100,000 to 1!

I was actually thinking maybe he had an SA with the 6-digit odometer, and it rolled over 99,999.9 kilometers...

but thenI remembered he had an FB with a 7-digit... and 999,999.9 kilometers is a lot....

So that's what, ~62000 miles? I see a blown head gasket in your future (if it already hasen't blown) and transmission problems. Good luck and keep a cell phone handy or a "duel purpose" roll of quaters.

Why would it be called "my DAILY DRIVER...." ... :P

Yeah, when we *bought* the car it had a valve problem of some sort that my mum was too dumb to realize. She bought it without taking it to a mechanic, and she didn't even take it to a mechanic within the 48 hour period that you have to cancel the contract.

Long story short, she bought a car from a slick smitty dealership on the corner and got screwed for a lemon. Damn.

But it survived the 100k rollover.. that's something :P
