well i must tell , no it was not me . i was driving down the road . and when turned and looked over at 7-11 there was a blk ladie standing next to it with her hands on her head . i think she tryed to run from the cop'zzz
not really sure . she was not happy when i walked up to it and took these pictures ... oh well when i see dumb people i like to take there pictures . she was pissed
