Multi Question Thread to save all of us time

Well im going my engine swap and my dad has said soem stuff, and ive thoguht about some stuff. My dad wants to repalce the radiator and water pump. Where can i get em the cheapest, while still having good quality? My big question thou is after my engine swap the directions say not to keep the engine at a constant rpm for to long, and not to shut the engine off before completely warmed up. How do i warm up the engine wihtout it staying at one rpm for a long time? Also im going to have to tune the engine so how do i do that wihout leaving it at a rpm for a long time?

I believe victoria british has good prices on things such as radiators, thats where I got my master cylinder. Unless someone knows somewhere else - just my 2 cents.
