MSD ignition issues

Hey there guys, I just put a Msd 6a box in my car just like the mazdaspeed tutorial. All seems normal but the car droped in idle from around 1000 to 500-600 and it seems to be lower on power than it should be. If i cruise down a hill off of the throtal it will back fire more than it use to. Before it only back fired from 6000-5000 rpm and now its from like 2500 and up.

Only thing i can think of is i need to re time the engine? Only other thing i did to the car when i did this was remove the non working below zero tank. I did forget to plug the line but i doubt that would be it? Im going to plug that up now and see what happens.

Never mind, mods you can delete this thread if you please.
I failed to hook up the positive of the leading coils to the msd. Horray for late nights
