In the front of my 82, 12 A, just in front of the oil pan, on the passenger side, there is a round thing with what looks like teeth. Has a slit in it and a bolt slides into it nicely. On the drivers side, the bolt is out of the hole, no slit in this one though. Two questions 1. What is this and 2. How do you get the bolt back into that hole? The bolt is setting above the hole.
