Uh, well i have done something like this for my celica. Basically you have to make a mold first.

first prep the part where you will spray the foam (might be your nose or trunk i dunno). If your car is really dirsty you dont need to prep. The object of this is to make sure the foum falls off easily after its hard. So make sure there is a dustlike material on the part youl be spraying with foum. You could use flower for example......i just used the dust that was on it so :p

Take some foum (the type that hardens after some time) and pray it all over the place where you want the spoiler to be on your car (yes spray it onto your car).

Make sure you get foum that doesnt eat into the paint or you will be sorry . Let it harden out ....just leave it there for a day (if its warm) and for a bit longer if its cold where the car is.

Now gentle remove the mold....make sure you dont break it. So now you have a replica of your nose or whatever part you sprayed but in reverse .

Get rezin and fibreglass nets and start with a layer of fibrglass nets and cover it with rezin mixed with hardener.....dont be greedy....you need to have a nice thick layer of rezin so it gets nice and hard. If you live somewhere hot you might wanna consider adding thinner to the rezin and hardener....otherwise it will harden while your still applying it to the nets.

Do 4-5 layer dependant on the thinkness of the nets. Lets say you should go for about 0.25 inches to 0.4 inches in total thinkness. You have to make sure it can absorb shocks otherwise the paint might crack and peal of in time.

So when its think enough let it dry for a day and than break the mold off from the spoiler you just made. Now you have to start sanding it down so it gets nice and smooth. Ones you really sanded it down. I suggest you start with 120 first since rezin is pretty hard to sand. Ones the biggest bumps are out of it you should start sading with finer to sand out scratches a bit (you should look to closely yet).

Ones thats done youl see there are still some scratches in it and here and there there will be small holes in it.....so you will need paste. Get the type that comes in a spraycan....its finer and more flexible.

When you get the can....spray it anywhere where there are small holes or inperfections.

When ready start sanding the prayed on paste with a fine paper and water....i suggest you take 600-1000. When all that is done the spoiler will be ready for its first coat of primerpaint.....if you have a light colour of paint take white primer paint....if your can is black or something just take grey primerpaint. Spray it nice and thick on the spoiler. Dont worry about drops roling off, you still need to sand it.

Ones there are 1-2 coats of primer on it start sanding it down with the finest paper you can find and water....1000 minimum.... Make sure its really really smooth now.....this will determine how your final coat looks. Make sure the water holds to it everywhere (if the water doesnt take on the surface of the primerpaint that means you have to sand it some more).

When you are absolutly sure there are no more holes and inperfections in the surface you can start the final paintcoat. You could do this yourself if your handy with a spraypainter or you could have it done by a pro.

For the attachment points:

I dunno what you want to make....if its a bumper you just have to look where the stock bumper is attached and than put little pieces of aluminum into the nets, when you are applying the rezin, on the points where the original bumper would be attached. Its better to make the base that goes into the rezin a bit bigger or they might rip the nets when put tomuch presure on. If you are making a trunkspoiler you could simply stick it to the trunk with silicone.....most tuners apply skirts and custom ground effects in this way aswel....its easy to remove and doesnt leave holes or other damage on your car after you remove it. Some silicone types will hold upto 1000 pounds so no need to worry about how good attached it will be. But the best way to go is just put aluminum into the spoiler where the original bolts would be!

Good luck!
