I just bought another 12a to rebuild in put in mine but i don't know where the id number is on the motor. Im going to need to match everything up to my tranny in my 85 gsl. The motor has already b/n swapped once so ya this could be fun.... thanks for the help

 

There is not a ID number.

Any first gen engine will mate to the trans.

 

is the coolant line for the heater strait or does it T ?
we could at least tell you if you have light rotors or not.
