More exhaust questoins...

Sory guys I canèt make up my minde...

I have decided that I am gonna order the RB Header for sure!!!

Now it is quite exspensive to order the Full RB streetport exhaust and have it shiped to Canada. So I have been thinking about having the balence of the system custom fabed buy the local muffler guy (came highly recomended by an associate of mine).

What I am thinking at this point is 2.25 in pipe off the header straight back to some sort of SS packed straight through muffler.

My big question is...

With out the pre-silencers how loud is this puppy gonna be?

Also any feed back on mufflers would be greatly apprciated

thanks guys

It's going to be unbelievably loud, in fact you might regret doing it..

Especially since its the streetport setup.

The presilencer doesn't really do much for loudness, it just gets rid of the harsh chainsaw sound..

With a streetport and header, any straight through muffler is a good choice. Any Fiberglass packed pipe will get louder the more you use it. Rotaries demand stainless packing. Dynomax makes great, fairly inexpensive stuff. You can get quieter pipes there too.

Personally, I like it loud! But hey, look where I live
