I know everyone is probably getting tired of my mod questions, but I just don't know what route to follow. I have made yet another poll. Please tell me your reasons for doing one over the other, the amount it will cost, the time, and the difficulty. I have a 1985 RX-7 GS (12A engine).

For some reason, the poll option is not available now. I will just describe them and you choose which one:

Turbo my 12A engine

Supercharge my 12A engine

Transplant a 13BT engine in

Port my existing 12A

Other

Basically, I want to be able to drive it on the street, but the only thing is that I just bought a Racing Beat Full Exhaust System and I don't just want to throw it away. Is there any way I could do a turbo setup and keep them? Please help me out anyone. Also, if anyone knows where to get some parts, let me know. Thanks

Agreed.

If you're a N00B to the seven's, then try all the bolt ons first.

Intake/Exhaust/ignition, etc.

Then port it.

Then Turbo when you're ready for more.

Hey,

I also have a 1985 Rx7 GSL. Here is what I have done to it. Basically I can't get anymore horespower out of it unless I port the Eninge.

Full Racing Beat Exhaust System
2 Dual Dellorto Sidedraft Carbs

Massive Weight Mods:
No Interior
No Power Steering
No Air Conditioning
No Emissions

I'd try getting a better carb.....

Mine kicks ***
