Model and year differences

It appears both of the links in the FAQ page are broken at this time. I was curious what the difference specifically for an 83 GSL and LE are, but I also would like to find a new reference for this information or create one here. I haven't had any specific luck searching.

the LE got special wheels

im not certain about this but I don't think the LE's had lsd/disc rears like the GSL's had

LE's also got special "Limited Edition" badges behind the doors where the GSL had the "GSL" badges

we've put all of the manuals we know of up on Foxed.ca

so the 1983 LE, the LE was an model based off of the GS. mechanically it is a GS, so its the 12A, open diff, rear drum brake. cosmetically, its a unique Chateau Silver w red pinstripe exterior, over a red interior with a unique cloth insert. being a GS, it is power mirrors, cruise control, sunroof, am/fm/cassette, and AC. manual windows, and no rear wiper. it came on 14x5.5" BBS wheels with 195/60/14 tires, which was the big change

i had one, and i really enjoyed it, it was just right.
