Missing while accelerating

ok my cars an 84 gsl-se its got new plugs, cap, rotar, wires, i removed the acv, and cleared the cat. It starts easily but it misses severely when i accelerate to the point of were it berely moves.

What rpm should i hold it at to adjust timing? And if its not the timing what could it be? I have a new fuel filter but havnt installed it yet.

The aux port actuators move smoothly as well and my sensors are good as well.

Any help would be appreciated.

Timing is done at idle speed.

Need more history. How long has the issue been there? Did it occur after you did some work on the car?

Did you check your timing?

My timing was quite off and it would start fine, idle on half choke no problem but wouldnt accel or idle after warmed up. double check your timing and vac advance perhaps.

Yeah, timing. I advanced it slightly on the RX-4 today. Now it accelerates better. No more missing.
