Mikuni Carb Help

I bought a 85 Rx-7 12a from this dude and he had a Mikuni Carb for it that he was goign to sell me for 400 dollars, I passed, but Now I am going to buy it because my carb is shot to hell. He said I might need a new intake to go along with it? Would it bolt right on? anyone have one of these on theres? Thanks for the help...If you would like to see pics of the car and carburator click on this link..im not sure the model of the carb..someone might recognize it though..

Thats, awesome I told the guy I would buy it for sure now, Is it a Direct Bolt on? Did it increase your performance?! Thanks

Also...is there any place that gives any information about these HARD TO FIND carbs?
