Might have found my 85 tub!!!

A guy in the local club has an 85 that he is going to take the engine, trany, cat out of and put into his 82 becuse the 82 looks nicer and has power options.

He said the interior will need to be replaced (from junk yard I have seen many interiors that I could take from and make a interior) and that the passanger fender has a dent/scrap but the rest is ok. All lights (inside and out) work and I will have to get a moonroof (the one on there is not factory and the latch is broken)

I'm planing on going to look at this car at either lunch or after work (he's close to my work)
What other things should I look for? He has gone through the car and there is no rust and I will double check. It is a base model and doesn't have power anything.... I was wondering if I am able to get the VIN off the car if anyone would be willing to run it through their carfax account so I can make sure there were no major accidents causing frame damage.

He's thinking around $200 or less for this thing ... and this is PERFECT for my TII swap.... a cheep car that I can sand down and redo the interior while I look for my engine....
