Might be buying a 84 Rx-7 12A...

One of the main concerns is the front end is loose. I know that the struts are gone(I think they are original). But what else might be the problem? Maybe lower control arm?

It drives fine but feels loose. I haven't had it on the highway, but will before I buy it.

Any ideas what might need to be replaced???

Might be something as simple as tightning down some stuff in the steering box.

Could just be in need of a gearbox adjustment. See the FAQ and there is a thread about how to do it. I think it links you to another site but I don't remeber. Hope this helps.

The first thing I'd look at would be the idler arm bushings.
