Miata rims on a 1st gen??

Question Miata rims on a 1st gen??

I want to kno if the rims from a 2002 miata se have the same bolt pattern as a 1st gen. i have a 84 GS.

no. 2002 miata have 5 bolt and rx7 gs,gsl have 4 and early miata either. gs,gsl have 110x4 and miatahave 100x4.

I was told that a 94 through 97 Miata rear end (everthing on the rear end, break rotors, axles and all) can be put on a first gen. If you can find a wrecked Miata, this is a good way to get disc breaks in the rear, as well as a strong limited slip rear differential.

Miata's have IRS, that won't swap, just the gears swap, and only certain LE models.
