Mayonnaise

Getting some condensation within the crankcase, causing a little Mayonnaise.
There are two ports off the filler neck. One going to the A/F the other plugged.
Should I unplug the other port? Not too worried...Advice?

The one on the neck, connected as shown with a pcv valve to the Nikki manifold will eliminate the 'mayo' problem. The other connects to the charcoal canister.
