If it's working right now, it will probably work alright until you're able to replace the necessary parts. It's good that you're replacing or rebuilding both Master and Slave cylinder together, since the rubber parts that make the hydraulic system work wear out at about the same time.

You may find that your clutch pedal gets stuck all the way down, which can be remedied by pulling the pedal back up manually. This is due to the bleed port getting obstructed and not allowing more fluid to be drawn into the master cylinder piston when it's evacuated by draining out of the slave cylinder seals.

I have had good luck finding complete units (not rebuild kits) for both master and slave cylinders at BAP. I don't know if Autozone or PEP Boys will have it, but worth a try. The BAP parts are not Mazda factory, but fit and function just the same - the design is used in many different kinds of cars, so compatibility of the mounting holes is the largest issue next to swept volume.

Good luck, the job should only take you a few hours if you build it up and bench bleed the master cylinder prior to assembly.
