marvel inverse oiler

http://www.amplepower.com/cortez/describe/marvel.html

i stumbled across this page while looking for info on the MMO. looks like it could be an interesting replacement for the OMP.

has anyone tried something like this with good results?

also, i've never been real clear on this; does MMO make a good substitute for regular motor oil as far as oil injection goes? i've heard people use motor oil and 2-stroke oil for sure, but nothing definitive about the MMO.

Interesting. I remember something similar (mebbe the same one) being sold for old hi compression 60's motors that needed something like this to provide valve seat lubrication when leaded gas became unavailible. It'll prolly work ok, but why not just go with the rotary aviation setup? It has its own reservior (which you could fill with MMO) and is driven off the OMP drive.

No, that was in the days before the intarweb. Back when things were printed on paper (stone age).

that was for lubing a judson supercharger on a vw.
judson sc's are quite rare, one went for a very good price on ebay over i the summer i remeber. I think they made a 36 or 40 horse have 60hp or something like that.
I only know all this because I have an air-cooled buddy.

just put the mmo in the gas.
