Mallory Comp70 - Flow Enough?

Will the Mallory Comp70 fuel pump flow enough for a streetported 4 port 13B with a holley pushing 180-200 RWHP?

you might be able to get away with it the only problem you might run into is the upper rpm range may fade off from not getting enough psi. the discription in jegs says it is a low volume and pressure.
you thought about going to the 110 pump.
I don't know how loud these pumps are, but the holley series will drive you nuts on long trips.
the unit I had was so loud you could hear it with the car running at 20 feet!!!!!!!
something else to think about is running a return fuel system if you use the car daily, this will keep the life of the pump a lot longer. I ran the holley for about 2 years before the heat would vapor lock it at the pump.

I've read that the mallory pumps are very quiet, thats what got me interested. Yea, I might have to go with the 110, because I found out that the 70 is only 4 psi. how does the return fuel system work?
