Magnetic choke question, 79

I’ve got no choke magnet energizing. I checked choke temp switch using hot water and a dvm, opens and closes.
When I apply 12v to switch connectors (at water pump fill neck) choke magnet works.
Traced ground to magnet, all good. Wiring from switch to ECU good. No 12v at the ECU connection to switch.
Have I overlooked anything?
Looks to me that ECU not sending 12v to switch. If so, can I just run switched 12v to that wire at the harness?
FYI using factory diagram, Haynes also.
*Ha Stupid fuse in the ECU… disregard lol
