I feel retarded having to ask this question. but how do you get the lumbar to go down. i figured you jus turn the **** backwards but its not moving and i dont want to break it. i have an 85 se if that matters. please help....

 

turn it either way.... should go up then down up then down

 

It cycles through. 0->1->2->3->0->etc Keep turning it and it will go back down.
