Loud Humming From Rear!!

HELPP.. i have a loud humm noise from my rear end... when i accelerate there is no humm,.. but when i let off the gas its hums.. it also hums when i go from driving to neutral also.. please help,, i think its my wheel bearing?? if it is how do i fix this?? thankss
