Red face loose steering, darting?

after shaking down the front and finding it relatively in good condition, maybe a tiny tiny little play in the idler checked toe and no dog tracking. nut man ill be driving along and the crom of the road will change and the car will dart to the right, it doesnt pull when braking and it seems to drive straaight most off the time, also the wheel is straight enough that i would have let it go to customer had i aligned it, ive shook down a lot of front ends and more than my fair share of alignments, btw, its just as likely to dart left as to right , its an equel oppurtunity offender, ive check the rear im pretty positive its not torque steer, the wheels are 16'' with nitto 205 45 tires that are balanced and in excellent condition, i spun her out the other day would be a shame to wreck her before i get pics posted, any ideas suggs? thanks trev

Hows the caster settings? What toe settings are you running? Also did you check the steering box for play? I know you said you checked the idler arm, but those bushings are a regular maintenance items. Make sure they are good.
