Looking for tips on carb mods for hard turn hesitation.

It there any info or write-ups on how you can modify the nikki car so that it doesn't hesitate coming out of turns. I was also looking at the holly carbs and racing beat sells a kit for the floatbowls for this but it is over $200. Anyone have any tips.

More expensive, but Paul Yaw just came up with a set of baffels for the float bowls.

or go out and buy some sheet metal and start cutting and bending, shouldnt be too hard

peace

I don't think the Dellortos have that problem.

Yep, it's very common on IDA Webers especially when jetted for ported engines.

Our 1st gens tend to get pretty bad fuel surge when cornering under a 1/4 tank of fuel. On long sweeping corners this often leads to the float bowl being sucked dry due to insufficient size. The solution is to enlarge the float bowl by cutting and extending the outside wall.
