Lexan Windshield in FB

Can anyone give me advice on making and installing a lexan windshield in an FB. The glass in my racecar has been cracked badly for quite awhile and tech is getting a little annoyed that I haven't replaced it, so it is about time. It appears that glass windshields are kind of unobtainium, so lexan seems to be the answer. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Carl

Call Charlie Clark at KC Raceware He molds them to for RX7s. I have one of his rear hatch backs on my race car.

Thanks guys. I will give Charlie a call. After some more research it looks like lexan is pretty easy to work with. How long do your windshields last before it becomes difficult to see out under low light (sunset or sunrise) conditions?

Carl, absolutely agree with Scott and Mike. Ordered my Lexan from Charlie and never regretted. Used the old skool tacky glass putty plus reqd clips for the EP car. Year and a half and is fine. Don’t have wipers, just rainX for plastic.
