Lead substitute

I came across an older bottle of "Lead Substitute" from my father-in-laws auto care closet. (He used to run MGs, MGBs, and Jags) Anyway, just curious, after not finding anything relevant in a forum search, whether or not my SE would benefit or be hurt by something like lead substitute. I used to use it in my '75 Corolla, but didn't want to make something go wrong that isn't wrong now in my FB.

Alright, yeah, because the lead in the old gas was supposed to lube the valves, etc., right? Just wasn't sure what it would/wouldn't do to/for my rotary. Thx.
