Last Nikki Question!!

First thank you to everyone who has helped me out with knowledge and parts. I finally have the carb 99% together. I have one plastic tube I cant find in any pictures and I dont know where it goes can you guys help me? Also the black plastic heat shield/carburetor base gasket. I have read it can be reused and Ive read it cant. Should I reuse it? Its ridiculously expensive to replace. The Hygrade rebuild kit comes with a base gasket should I just use them? I want to try and bolt this thing on tomorrow and finally take this car for a ride. Let me know what you guys think.

Always use the original base gasket, no need to use the provided paper base gaskets.

OK that works for me. But does anyone know where that other plastic tube goes?

Depending on the carb there were one or two of those rigid outside vacuum lines. A picture of which one you're talking about will help.

Turned out to be from the altitude compensator to the vacuum line at the base
