I've done the search but all I found was a reference to using pliers to grip it. That doesn't work as it's too tight and I can't get a good grip on it. Has anyone used a Dremel to cut threads in them and then use a screwdriver to get it out? Any less distructive ideas are appreciated.

 

Took the dremel and cut a slot, the screws came right out. Life is good.
