The header passed visual inspection? I would love to mod my gsl-se but I always thought I would get jacked regardless of emissions if I had non-Carb exmpt equipment....
Shed some light on this please?

I'm going to get mine inspected soon and after it fails, I'm going to buy a new carb/manifold set up and say "Here's my $200 I spent trying to fix the problem."

in md it's $400, and has to be signed off by a technition. anyway, today i decided to NOT test it w/no cat, so I dug out the old cat, and bolted it up. I then got some flex-tube and connectors from advance auto, but i'm having a hard time putting it all together... hopefully I will have a breakthrough and figure out how to fit it w/out it coming apart (like it did the last time i tried about a half hour ago). the connector is a tiny bit too small, and i can't figure out how to get the pipe to fit snugly into my RB PP muffler... i'll think of something tho, i just hope that the cat still works.
