i started the car up today drove up the street and back down just for a little test run and when i shut off the car i opened the hood and it looked like the engine was smoking a little, i did just replace the radiator if that has anything to do with it, my temp. gauge is not working and im not sure where the thermostat is located if someone could help with that as well.

 

Thermostat is under the neck on the engine where the top radiator hose connects.

 

If smoke was coming off of the motor itself, then make sure your ignition is ok. How's it running?

 

it seems to be running just fine
