interior quistion

When i bought my 85 the interior was faded and im painting it. But the radio and temp controls are faded and worn down. Deos any 1 have ne suggestions on how to make it neater or maybe find a new one?

i'm going to re-paint mine, by taking them to the body shop and painting them silver. like, metallic silver piant, not the darker grey/silver that is stock.
