Interior painting problem

alright. i've been doing bits and pieces of my maroon interior in black krylon fusion. now the krylon has worked great on all the plastic pieces. goes on perfect, sticks and flexes with the plastic. i just did all the plastic for the center arm rest thing. i started by painting all the plastic bits and they all turned out great again. then i got a bit adventuresome and decided to paint the soft cushiony top where your elbow usually rests. it went on great and got great coverage. but its been 3 hours now and it still feels tacky. all the other parts dried in a matter of 10-15 minutes. what do you think i should do to harden it? chuck a layer of clear coat on it?

thanks

What did you ose to prep the arm rest? If the Fusion hasn't flashed, don't clearcoat it, that probably won't flash either. I prefer SEM paint. It coats well, works on every surface I've tried and has a softer finish, less glare, than the Fusion. If the Fusion doesn't flash, you may need to start over with another armrest.
