I have searched and cant find any thing maybe im just typing in the wrong stuff.
I need to know if the plastic interior pieces from my hatch area like the one below the hatch and the wrap arounds will fit in a 80?.They are out of an 84 gsl.

 

yes they will

 

Pretty sure they will. The major stuff, like the dash and console, aren't a direct fit however.

 

I've seen a 79 with an 85 SE interrior. He said it took some work, but it all fit.

 

in short....yes...most parts from all first gens are swappable...

79-80 damn near no changes
81-83 damn near no changes
84-85 damn near no changes (excluding the gsl-se)

but there were changes between those 3 year ranges...

 

it will take a little bit of modification, but it can be done.

 

Im not talking about the dash and center Im talking the the plastic pieces in the hatch area.
