No.. theres a big difference between the 79-80 compared to the rest. I am in the process of loosing the side markers in the stock position, the stand-out bumper and so on to make more of a 1 piece front end, and i'll have it all level within itself. I'm sorry to break the news to you, but they dont fit without modding the bumper. It might be somewhat possible if you get the newer model bumper and try to get the bumper shocks to mount in the 79. This isnt going to be easy, but not impossible.

The Valance is the same and will work no problem.

You can use both front fenders and the Entire Front bumper, Not just the cover, But your front will no longer look like a 79 - 80.

If the LSD is good in the GSL you may want to pull the entire rear also. For future use or just to sale.

Better get the stuff you want while you can. I had a 7 show up at my local U-pull-it. I had to go out of town and when I got back it was too late. The engine and rearend were gone. Bad part was, they took out the rotors and housings right there, and left the rest. It was like being taunted.

I think the body line matches up, the molding is different and would need removed or replaced.

since you guys got different moldings (early ones didn't have any overhere, at least not on all models) I can't say anything about that. But you can use the entire front panels, just like said earlier: it won't look 79-80 anymore.
The valance is no problem, the fenders are only slightly different, but wouldn't look/fit good unless you change everything.
