intake

Just got done replacing the intake gasket on my 12a
It sat apart for about 3 weeks. Well went back together ok but when I went to start it the plugs got wet. So i changed them and same thing. Any steps I should take AFT or whatever to get this thing to start. Could it be the floats sticking?

check your floats and fuel pressure. Also does the fuel stay at the halfway point on the sight glass?
