Talking Installed Euro Glow Gauges

I went on EBAy and was intregged by those Euro Glow Gauges. I bought some for $24 and they came in a week. They look so cool in my 85. I brightens up the dash with the white color. At night they look even better. Tell me what you think!

But I prefer the ones that have the lettering that duplicate the originals.

Mine are from SR Motorsport and they also replicate the format of the originals, they have a matte silver face and glow red and purple which may have been gay but by blind chance they match my sony radio perfectly which also glows purple and red with a silver face cover.
I love them, when you see the interior of my car at night it looks like a new 2003 car, such an updated look.

You might want to paint those needles to give it some contrast.

One questions, arent those just glow guages? I always thought euro guages switched around the RPM and the Speedometer, but i may just be wrong

You can't switch the speed and tach because of the board. Different screw patterns.

My gauges: they glow green or blue.
It took a good 2-3 hoours to do. Bitsh getting the tach cable out, easy to put in. A good multi meter is needed to find the power line for the lights.

What I'd like is a set of gauges to mimic those from late nineties BMWs (the red-on-red).

To colour the guage needles, use nail polish. many, many colours to choose from too...think about it.

No its only for S3 (84-85).

To get my needles blue i put some blue LED's as backlights.

The needles were faded enough that it glows light blue at night. Its nice.
